Clean and dry the skin completely.

Choose a patch of the appropriate size and place it directly on the pimple.

Press gently for 3–5 seconds to secure the patch.

Leave the patch on for 8–12 hours or until it turns white and swollen.

Carefully remove and replace if necessary.
